Your tasks – versatile and responsible

• You develop and accompany new construction and renovation projects in residential construction with a focus on the planning phase up to and including legally binding building permits (projects for own portfolio or for customers).
• You develop strategies and usage concepts, carry out profitability calculations for properties, and identify opportunities and risks.
• You ensure project execution in terms of schedule, costs, and quality.
• You advise and represent the interests of clients in construction projects in an engaged and competent manner.
• You create reports for owners (own projects or third-party mandates).
• You represent the interests of the client towards planners, contractors, and authorities.
• You participate in the acquisition of plots of land and prepare investment requests.

Your profile – competent and strong in communication

• You have a university of applied sciences/university degree in architecture.
• Further training in the field of real estate management is an advantage.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and realization of residential buildings.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You are interested in constantly developing yourself and the company.
• You are customer-oriented, strong in communication, and a team player.
• You convince through an independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as a confident appearance.
