• Active shaping of strategic construction projects in a unique real estate portfolio by taking over overall project management and client representation for construction projects in SIA phases 2 to 5 (structural engineering and site infrastructure)
• Coordination of strategic framework conditions as well as development of procedural concepts, project plans, and the project organization
• Preparation of decision bases and motions for the decision-making bodies
• Leading project teams in a complex environment as well as ensuring synchronization and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring project goal achievement in the dimensions of quality, deadlines, and costs as well as project-specific risk management

What you bring with you

• Education in the fields of architecture or civil engineering, further training in project or real estate management is an advantage
• Sound experience in construction project management as well as Swiss construction standards, SIA norms, and project management methods
• Several years of experience in the project management of demanding construction projects with business responsibility
• Strong implementation personality with communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• Very good German skills, other languages such as French and English are an advantage

About the department

We are responsible for the site development concepts and secure the planning law foundations for the realization of sustainable infrastructure as well as for the preservation of strategic options for action. Together with commissioned planning and construction partners, we develop, plan, and realize efficient object structures and site infrastructure that enable future-oriented forms of use and support the ecological transition. We stand for professional construction project management on the client side and support customers as well as partner areas with our specialist competence on real estate issues ranging from strategic to technical construction questions. To manage the increasing volume of large, complex construction projects in the "West" perimeter, we are looking for you.
