What are your tasks?

• You inspire our customers as the first point of contact and shape the perception of our bank with your professional appearance
• You recognize customer needs and potentials early on and derive targeted sales and mediation opportunities from them
• You refer customers to our advisory specialists according to their needs and actively contribute to the expansion of customer relationships
• You win new customers, establish customer relationships and ensure a high service and advisory quality
• You use modern processes, systems and digital channels and actively contribute to the further development of our customer care
• You are responsible for the practical training of our trainees in the department
