For our clients in the psychiatric healthcare sector, we are looking for responsible and committed healthcare specialists EFZ to support psychiatric facilities and clinics.

Position sought:
Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Care and support of patients in the psychiatric environment
Support in basic care and in daily life
Promoting independence and support in daily structuring
Observation of the mental and physical condition of the patients
Recognizing and forwarding changes to the responsible nursing specialists
Support in therapeutic and nursing activities within the scope of own competencies
Maintaining nursing documentation according to internal specifications
Cooperation with an interprofessional treatment team

Your profile:
Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
High degree of empathy and social competence
Mental resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
Readiness for shift work depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
