SRK Nursing Assistant for private 24h care (early and late shifts)

Workload: By arrangement (shift work incl. weekends)

On behalf of a dedicated Spitex, myMedical is looking for reliable and empathetic nursing assistants starting from mid-October or November for individual 24h care in Kloten. The client to be cared for has very clear personal ideas regarding her caregivers, which is why special value is placed on a perfectly matched, respectful and calm accompaniment.

Your main tasks

In this responsible position, you will support the client in her own home. Your tasks include:

• Support with daily basic and personal hygiene as well as dressing and undressing
• Professional incontinence care and assistance with toilet visits
• Safe mobilization and support during transfers
• Preparation of meals as well as full takeover of the resulting household tasks
• Warm everyday accompaniment, including accompaniment to family gatherings and family doctor appointments

Your working hours (shift work)

The focus for these vacancies is primarily on the early and late shifts, including regular weekend assignments.

• Early shift (FD): 07:00 – 15:00
• Late shift (SD): 15:00 – 23:00
• (Night shifts [ND] from 23:00 – 07:00 are part of the care concept and will be covered by arrangement)

Your profile

• Successfully completed course as an SRK nursing assistant
• Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory requirement for smooth communication with the client)
• A balanced, calm and extremely respectful demeanor
• High reliability, discretion and empathy in dealing with elderly people
• Willingness to work in shift operation as well as on weekends
