In this role, you will actively advise, systematically recognize potentials in the existing business and contribute measurably to the success of our agency through qualitative cross-selling and upselling.

Your tasks

• You work in sales back office in our agency Langnau i.E.
• You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the telephone and at the reception
• You carry out telephone and personal consultations and specifically recognize consultation and closing opportunities in the existing business
• You create tailor-made offers, adjust insurance coverages according to requirements and mutate customer data
• You actively strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, identify cross-selling and upselling potentials and convince new customers with your open manner
• You answer incoming written customer inquiries independently, efficiently and with quality awareness according to the specifications of Visana

Your profile

• You have a commercial vocational training and experience in customer contact or sales
• You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented and bindingly
• Ideally, you have a VBV certification
• You communicate clearly, friendly and convincingly -- even in demanding conversation situations
• Your German skills are very good; any additional language is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable and result-oriented manner and are confident in handling the common Office programs
