Job Description
You are responsible for the daily operational business as well as for the development of your team. Together with your team, you ensure the various operational processes, from the receipt of deliveries to the booking in the ERP system to the storage of the items in the warehouse. You monitor and control the quantitative and qualitative specifications and are responsible for their compliance. You use the processing and presentation of key figures as a management instrument. Additionally, you support the site manager in various optimization projects and take the lead on sub-projects. Together, you ensure the operational efficiency of the business and develop new concepts and future strategies.

Qualifications
For this task, you mandatory require the training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau with eidg. Fachausweis. You lead your team actively and with joy and have several years of experience in doing so. You are characterized by fact-based, networked thinking and acting and enjoy complex tasks. Furthermore, you are an independent, reliable personality with high social competencies, who acts flexibly, solution-oriented, and economically. Experience with ERP AS400 and WMS ASTRO and/or a general IT affinity are an advantage.
