Controller (W/M/D) WHAT YOU WILL DO Strategic and operative Business Partner role for management and specialist departments Analysis and interpretation of financial and performance indicators for the active steering of the company Establishment and maintenance of meaningful management reporting with a clear focus on decision relevance Support of specialist departments with business management questions, investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses Further development of budget, forecast, and multi-year planning processes as well as the controlling instruments and processes in the SAP S/4HANA and BI environment Compilation and preparation of group-wide transfer pricing documentationations WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU You have a business administration education and bring several years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or a comparable finance function You do not understand controlling as a pure reporting function, but as an active contribution to corporate management You possess strong analytical thinking skills and can prepare complex issues in a structured, understandable, and decision-oriented manner You are proficient in using ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as Excel and BI tools You communicate clearly, reliably, and appropriately for the target group – also towards executives and non-financial stakeholders WHO WE ARE We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
