Reporting to the Director of Operations, a member of the management, you will manage the technical infrastructure and supervise a team of specialists in building technology and planning.

In this context, you guarantee the proper functioning, compliance, and optimization of all the technical installations of La Vaudoise aréna. You actively contribute to energy efficiency and the continuous improvement of consumption, while maintaining the comfort of the and the campus.

Your responsibilities

• organize and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the technical installations of the campus with the support of the CMMS
• manage the technical installations of the building: HVAC, electricity, sanitary, lighting, and DALI home automation, MCR/BMS, through internal interventions or by mobilizing specialized companies
• ensure the follow-up of regulatory controls, the compliance of installations, and the updating of technical documentation: plans, reports, procedures, and registers
• assist the Director of Operations in the development, monitoring, and evolution of preventive, planned, and curative maintenance strategies, as well as the technical maintenance concept of the structure, by analyzing the risks, profitability, quality, and consistency of investment and maintenance operations
• manage the budget of the technical service, monitor performance indicators (KPI), and contribute to the optimization of resources, contracts, and investments
• control energy consumption (thermal, cold, hydraulic) and adapt settings accordingly
• supervise the planning of spaces dedicated to sports practice and the management of the relationship with the various sports clubs

Your profile

• higher technical education (ES, HES or equivalent) in building technology, electrotechnics, HVACSE or CFC in one of these trades, ideally completed by a diploma in Facility Management and maintenance or the federal certificate of maintenance
• training in , an asset
• proven experience of more than 5 years in the operation and maintenance of building technical installations and in team management
• solid knowledge in HVACSE, BMS/MCR and home automation
• mastery of CMMS and ease with IT tools
• knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements applicable to technical installations and fire safety (AEAI / CSI directives), an asset
• autonomy, sense of responsibility and priorities, solution and results orientation
• excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various internal and external partners
• very good command of French, English and/or German is a plus
• schedule flexibility (including evenings, nights and weekends) for on-call service, events or other interventions
• driver's license and geographical proximity ( 1 h) indispensable
