As a central service and competence center, we support independent pharmacists
in their entrepreneurial activities – particularly in the areas of
marketing, further education, and purchasing.

Your Position
Do you know the pharmacy or OTC industry, enjoy working with numbers, and understand
how to successfully shape long-term partnerships? At Rotpunkt Pharma AG,
you will take on a central role at the interface between our
industry partners, the Rotpunkt pharmacies, and the Rotpunkt purchasing team.

The focus of your activity lies in the professional support of our
industry partners. You will conduct negotiations, analyze market data, and coordinate the
implementation of joint projects.

Your Main Tasks

• Independent support of the assigned industry partners as a central

contact person, as well as competent coordination of questions and concerns

• Maintenance and further development of the cooperation with industry partners and

identification of optimization and development potential

• Independent planning, organization, as well as preparation and follow-up

of annual discussions with the industry partners

• Independent conduct of negotiations as well as participation in more complex

negotiations, preparation of sound decision bases

and follow-up of agreed measures

• Analysis of sell-in and sell-out data to assess market,

category, and seasonal developments

• Coordination of joint projects with industry partners and coordination

between internal and external participants

• Follow-up of agreements, pending tasks, and measures, as well as

support for reliable implementation

• Participation in screen management and coordination of support,

maintenance, and installation requests

• Collaboration as a Key User for digital tools as well as participation in

their further development

• Collaboration in the calculation, control, and processing of performance-related

payouts to the members

Your Profile

• Training as a pharmacy specialist (Pharma-Assistent:in), Drogist:in, pharma-

operations assistant, or a comparable qualification

• Alternatively, sound practical experience in the pharma/OTC environment, for example in

brand, product, or key account management

• At least five years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, of which at least

two years in an office function

• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as very good

Microsoft 365 knowledge, especially Excel; Power BI and CRM are an advantage

• Confident appearance, convincing communication skills, negotiating skills

and an independent, structured, and reliable way of working

• Proficient German in spoken and written form; English skills as well as

further training in negotiation management are an advantage
