You lead the six directly subordinate employees in technical and personnel matters. You capture business requirements, analyze them, and develop and document suitable solution proposals. You identify optimization potential in processes and implement corresponding improvements. You actively participate in test management. You take on tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support in the area of medical applications. You analyze and resolve occurring problems and perform duties in on-call service. You lead projects in the medical application environment or actively support them. You act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for software partners and suppliers in your area of responsibility. You take on tasks in controlling as well as in the resource management of the team. Your profile You have completed training in computer science or medical informatics. You bring very good knowledge of hospital processes and the clinical treatment path. You have several years of experience in leading employees as well as in leading projects. RIS, PACS, DICOM and HL7 interface communication as well as ITIL are familiar to you. You are characterized by a high degree of customer and service orientation. You work in a team-oriented, independent, and responsible manner. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
