Head of Controlling Management Services 80-100%

In this role, you report directly to the Head of Controlling FP&A and take on the functional and personnel leadership of a team of six employees. In doing so, you are responsible for the financial management of several central business areas and are an important sparring partner for management. What you will do

• Leadership, coaching and further development of the Controlling Management Services team
• Financial management of the HRM, Real Estate & Operations, Digital & IT as well as Corporate Center Functions areas
• Advising the directorates as a sparring partner in financial, business, and strategic questions
• Responsibility for budgeting, rolling forecasts and multi-year planning
• Creation of meaningful management reports and derivation of recommendations for action
• Responsibility for CAPEX/OPEX controlling, investments and profitability analyses
• Development of controlling instruments, key figure systems, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Optimization of controlling processes, methods, data quality and cross-departmental cooperation

How you will succeed

• Higher business administration education (FH/University) with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. Expert in Accounting and Controlling)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in controlling, ideally in complex organizations
• Sound knowledge in financial, performance and cost controlling
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial management of organizational units
• Experience in OPEX, CAPEX and investment controlling, ideally also in project/construction controlling
• Strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented skills
• High communication, integration and leadership competence as well as strong management understanding
• IT affinity and experience with modern controlling, reporting and BI solutions; knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system/REKOLE® is an advantage
