Your tasks

• Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities of our customers
• Groundskeeping / gardening work
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers and craftsmen
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Processing repair requests and fault reports
• Optimization of building operation processes

Your profile

• Training in the field of caretaker services / Facility Management, building technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience
• Technical understanding and knowledge in building technology / use of garden equipment
• Organizational talent and strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English is an advantage
