Planning and organization of the installation assignments. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards on the construction site. Technical support and problem-solving during installation. Communication with customers and other project participants on site. Documentation of the work performed and reporting to the project management. Your profile Completed technical training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, construction, or comparable. At least 2 years of experience in the installation of photovoltaic systems. You remain calm and solution-oriented even when things get lively on the construction site. Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Good knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards. Manual dexterity and technical understanding. Valid driver's license category B. Good German skills in speaking and writing.
