What awaits you

• Independent support of the entire Employee Life Cycle – from entry to exit – for around 50 employees at the Uzwil location
• Provision of data for the payroll run (without payroll processing)
• Preparation of monthly evaluations and reports including monthly and annual closing work
• Contact person for line managers as well as employees in all HR-relevant matters
• Responsibility for time and absence management
• Support of the recruitment process in close cooperation with the line managers
• Implementation of HR projects and further development of existing HR processes
• Active participation in digitalization in the HR area
• Support of the management

Our client wishes

• Sound experience in the HR area, ideally as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as experience with the Employee Life Cycle
• Confident handling of HR systems and good IT skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of communication and pleasure in working with various stakeholders
• Place of residence in the Uzwil region or good accessibility of the location
