L’Association Intercommunale du Cercle de Corsier Enfance et Jeunesse (ASICC) is advertising two positions for EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR ES OR ASE - 60% (CDI) Fixed replacements for at least 4 days per week Your mission: Within the framework of the resources made available, under the supervision of the Pedagogical Direction, you participate in the quality reception of the children and the proper functioning of the structure. • Welcome, accompany, organize and manage a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept; • Actively participate in the development and implementation of the institutional pedagogy; • Involve yourself in various group and institutional projects and ensure their follow-up; • Create a partnership of trust with the educational team and families in order to offer quality reception. Your profile: • CFC of ASE or title of early childhood educator ES, or a title deemed equivalent; • Educational experience in a preschool environment with children aged 3 months to 4 years; • Sense of autonomy, responsibility and organizational qualities; • Spirit of collaboration and ability to work in a team; • Good relational and communication skills; • Ease of adaptation and flexibility.
