Solution Architect

As part of a major program to transform and modernize its information system, our client, a leading player in Banking, is strengthening its Enterprise Solution Architecture practice.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect capable of designing target architectures, supporting IT and business teams, and contributing to the modernization of platforms towards Cloud, DevOps, and API-driven environments.

Your responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, secure, and resilient IT solutions.
• Define target functional and technical architectures and support their implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and support them in DevOps, private/public Cloud, and containerization transformations.
• Guide Project Managers and business teams towards the target functional architecture.
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders: Security, Data Governance, Operational Resilience, Data Protection, Legal, Compliance, Architecture, and IT Delivery teams.
• Ensure the consistency of solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain architecture documentation and the Enterprise Architecture repository: Confluence, My-Carto, Solution Design documentation.
• Support modernization initiatives and the integration of emerging technologies, notably AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
• Bachelor or Master in computer science, IT, or an equivalent field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead.
• Solid experience in Swiss and international Private Banking.
• Good functional understanding of one or more domains:

• Treasury
• Back Office / Operations
• Ability to work both with business teams and with technical experts and control functions.
• Excellent ability to unite cross-functional teams around a target architecture.
