Role: Service Technician: Heat Pumps Employer: Leading provider of heating and heat pump systems Location: Region Zürich, Graubünden, Aargau, Luzern, Bern, Basel or Zug Workload: 80-100% Working model: Field service Working hours: 41 hrs 5-day week or 4-day week with 38 hrs Contract: Permanent Salary range: 80'000 - 94'000 Start: By arrangement What you do * Commissioning heat pumps and comfort climate systems * Analyzing and rectifying faults * Carrying out maintenance on heat pump systems * Advising customers on settings and operation of the systems * Presenting service and maintenance contracts * Independently planning and carrying out assignments in the assigned area * Performing on-call service according to deployment planning within the team What you bring * Completed EFZ training in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry * Professional experience in the field of heat pumps * Willingness to perform on-call service * Driver's license category B * Very good German skills * Independent and solution-oriented way of working So that you know what you are getting into You work independently most of the time at customers' sites. Technical problems often have to be analyzed and solved directly during the first assignment. In addition to the actual service activity, advising customers is also part of the job. Due to the on-call service, assignments outside of regular working hours may occasionally arise.
