At the Loomatt residential home in Stallikon, a versatile working day, a dedicated team, and space for co-creation await you. For over 65 years, the Stiftung RgZ has been supporting the development, lifestyle, and social integration of people with movement impairments, developmental disabilities, intellectual or multiple disabilities. In eight early consultation and therapy centers for children, two special education schools, two daycare centers, one sheltered workshop, one bicycle workshop, one restaurant, six socially pedagogically supervised apartments, and one residential home for adults, approximately 280 employees promote, teach, care for, and employ approximately 3400 children, adolescents, and adults annually. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated caregiver starting 01.11.2026 or by arrangement. Specialist in Care/Health, Assistant in Health and Social Affairs ## Your tasks • You accompany adults with multiple disabilities in their daily lives • You support nursing activities and promote independence and participation • You shape an individual and varied daily routine together with the residents • You participate in leisure activities, household tasks, and daily structures What you bring with you • Training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) or the willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge. If you are a vocational trainer for FaBe, this would be an additional plus • Joy in working with people • Ideally, already having experience in the disability sector • Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts (no night shifts or split shifts) • Good German skills • Driving license Cat.
