For the Fischermätteli operation in the Bern region, we are looking for as of 1 December 2025 a/an Healthcare Specialist EFZ 40-80% in night shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Carrying out treatment nursing activities • Supporting our guests in personal hygiene and other everyday life activities • Regular rounds • Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Assumption and responsibility of assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
