We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 135’500 to CHF 150’500 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range. This is what you can achieve. • As a Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a Servant Leader and empower them towards self-organization and independent action according to agile principles and roles. • You promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the teams in successfully overcoming challenges and obstacles. • Through regular exchange with other Scrum Masters, you develop new ideas and promote organization-wide collaboration. For professional exchange and mutual support, you can count on a committed community. • As an Agile Leader, you create the optimal framework conditions so that the teams can deliver value-adding results and continuously develop themselves. If necessary, our Agile Coaches are available to support you. • You develop a deep understanding of the agile development teams and accompany them in their further development. This is what you bring with you. • You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams and organizations. • Sound knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks characterize you; a SAFe certification or corresponding education and further training are an advantage. • You enjoy working in a team and convince through your communication skills, empathy, your good sense for people, as well as your coordination strength and your proactive actions. • As a flexible and independent personality, you create a good mixture between methodical stability and pragmatism through solution-oriented action. • You communicate well orally and in writing in a first national language, have good knowledge of a second national language, as well as good English skills.
