As AI becomes an essential part of professional services, our Tax & Legal teams have an exciting opportunity to improve our way of working, collaborating, and delivering value to clients. In this role, you will help translate this opportunity into practical adoption by making AI tools accessible, relevant, and easy to use for our employees. Working closely with Tax & Legal teams, AI specialists, and colleagues across geographies and service lines, you will drive the AI adoption plan, build a strong community of champions, and help teams transform ideas into concrete use cases, prompts, templates, and automations. How you can have an impact • Understand in detail and work with the AI assets available in our company, used in Tax & Legal, at a global, regional, and local level in Switzerland, and understand in detail the available use cases. • Be responsible for increasing the adoption and effective use of AI tools in Tax & Legal by shaping and driving a clear and practical adoption plan • Design and deliver engaging learning formats, including general and team-specific training, self-learning materials, open sessions, and individual support • Identify, test, and communicate relevant AI use cases, prompts, templates, and automations that help teams work more efficiently and create value for clients • Build and maintain a Tax & Legal AI community, allowing champions to share their experiences, disseminate knowledge, and connect teams in Switzerland and other geographies • Measure usage and adoption, collect feedback, and proactively define actions to improve engagement, trust, and impact over time Profile sought • You are curious, well-organized, and people-oriented, with a talent for making new technologies understandable, practical, and motivating for different audiences • You possess a university degree or equivalent qualification in business, law, tax, technology, innovation management, change management, or a related field • You have experience in project coordination, change management, learning facilitation, digital transformation, or technology adoption, ideally in a professional services environment • You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and enjoy translating use cases into clear guidelines, prompts, templates, or simple automations with specialists • You communicate confidently in English; German or French is an advantage for collaborating with teams in Switzerland Your team You will join a collaborative Tax & Legal environment in Switzerland where innovation, knowledge sharing, and concrete client impact go hand in hand.
