Your tasks ##

• You assume the technical direction of our workshop, guide the team on technical questions, and ensure that our fleet of line buses is always reliable and safe.
• You perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on our buses autonomously and with expertise - from fault finding to mechanical restoration to quality control, you always keep an overview.
• The management of spare parts and material orders as well as the professional administration of our spare parts stock are your responsibility.
• In collaboration with manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners, you ensure seamless technical operation and support the technical on-call service.
• As a deputy for the operations manager, you actively participate in operational matters.

Your profile ##

• You have a basic technical training in the field of vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, or a comparable field, as well as practical experience in vehicle maintenance - tinkering and mechanics are your world.
• You perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work in a safe and professional manner.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in technical direction or coordination of a workshop team or a clear desire to take on this responsibility.
• The pleasure of performing varied tasks, high commitment, manual expertise, and the joy of collaborating in a well-coordinated team characterize you as a person and a team player.
• Category D driver's license is an asset or you are ready to obtain it.
