Apply now for our Apprenticeship Food Technologist EFZ (m/f/d) 2027 # What you will do • You will receive raw materials as well as additives (flavors, vitamins, etc.), store them, and process them according to specified recipes into ready-to-consume foods or intermediate products • You will continuously monitor our computer-controlled production and packaging systems, together with your team • You will clean the systems according to specifications and ensure that hygiene and safety regulations are complied with at all times • You will continuously check the products for their quality, take samples, and evaluate them • You will work in shift operation; your working hours are from 5 AM to 2 PM or from 2 PM to 10 PM What you bring • You have completed secondary school or achieved very good results in Realschule and in the 10th school year; you are particularly proficient in mathematics and German • Naturally, you enjoy working with food, modern production systems, and packaging machines • To ensure smooth processing of the products, you bring technical understanding and manual dexterity • In order to competently check our products for their quality, you have a good sense of smell and taste as well as good powers of observation • Willingness for flexible working hours (shift work) is required to ensure a smooth production process • You have a reliable and careful way of working as well as a good state of health What we offer you A great team, exciting departments, and professional trainers await you!
