Your new everyday service is much more than just fixing faults for you. As Service Manager of the Swiss branch, you are the central hub between customers, service technicians, warehouse, and the parent company. You coordinate daily business, support your team with demanding technical questions, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction are always correct. At the same time, you further develop processes, analyze key figures, and bear responsibility for the service area. Together with your team, you ensure that projects are implemented professionally from installation to commissioning and that spare parts, resources, and assignments are optimally planned. Even with complex complaints, you are the competent contact person, work closely with major customers, and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the Swiss branch.
