Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Bread & Patisserie department, we are looking for a motivated and committed baker, 70%, starting 07.09.2026, limited until 16.10.2026, at our location in Biel. ## Your responsibilities • You are responsible for the production of bread, pizzas, and sandwiches. • You conduct sales conversations and advise our discerning customers competently and friendly. • You regularly check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness. • You successfully implement product and local concepts. • You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season, etc.). • You organize the sales areas in a sensible and appealing way. • You set seasonal priorities and present the products accordingly. • You consistently adhere to the prescribed hygiene regulations. Your profile • You have an advantage with a completed basic training as a baker EFZ. • You already have professional experience as a baker or in the gastronomy industry. • You are a reliable, customer-oriented, and committed person who works with a lot of joy and enthusiasm. • You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations. • You convince with a team-oriented personality and a well-groomed appearance. • You place great importance on a careful and clean working style. • You speak fluent German and have an advantage with knowledge of another national language.
