Your tasks:

• Contact person for internal departments and international service centers
• Processing and coordination of complaints and warranty cases
• Processing of customer and support inquiries
• Support of product management in day-to-day business
• Assistance with product information and documentation
• Creation of simple reports and statistics
• General administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile:

• Commercial training or technical basic training
• Some years of professional experience in clerical work, customer service, or a similar function
• Technical interest is an advantage
• Fluent English skills mandatory
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Communicative, open and service-oriented personality
