Church Council Secretary (20%) and Treasurer (40%) job sharing or personal union possible

To succeed our long-standing secretary and treasurer, we are looking for an engaged, experienced and reliable personality as of 1 December or by arrangement, who enjoys taking on responsibility and continuing the diverse tasks of the parish administration.

As the central hub of the Kirchgemeinde Oberägeri with around 3’000 Catholics, you will undertake, among other things, the following tasks:

• Hub function between the church council, authorities, employees and the public
• Minute taking, preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Preparation of the template for the parish assembly
• Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts
• Independent management of the financial accounting and the payroll accounting
• Annual financial statements and preparation of the budget in cooperation with the finance specialist

What you bring with you:

• Sound commercial or equivalent training
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Networked thinking, organizational skills and resilience
• Communication skills, loyalty and discretion
• Interest in church topics
• Willingness to participate in evening meetings
• Proficient use of MS Office and digital tools
• Good knowledge of ABACUS desired
