• Draft position papers within the framework of administrative consultations and consultation procedures as well as provide technical advice
• Draft specialized contracts and provide legal assistance in the event of litigation
• Accompany contractual negotiations, examine and verify draft contracts in all legal areas
• Develop, prepare, accompany and lead legislative projects

• Law degree
• Excellent mastery of geoinformation law
• Proven professional experience in drafting legislative texts
• Several years of experience in project management
• Active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third official language

swisstopo -- knowing where

It is responsible for national surveying and coordinates the activities of the Confederation regarding geodata and geoservices. swisstopo provides its partners and clients with current and high-quality geodata throughout Switzerland. Its products can be delivered in different forms: digitized or printed national maps, 3D models or Web services. The Office is also the competent authority of the Confederation regarding geology and high-level supervision of official surveying.
