Finance Manager (M/F) 80-100% Cerutti Toitures SA is a Geneva-based family business, active for over 100 years in the roofing trade and more recently in photovoltaics. This experience in built heritage translates into a comprehensive service: study, design, manufacturing, realization, driven by a constant demand for quality and genuine artisanal know-how. Today, our approximately 120 employees work in all roofing trades: roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal work, as well as photovoltaic installations, serving private and public property owners, architects, property managers, and general contractors. Our rule: provide impeccable service, at the right price, with respect for the fine work that has made our reputation for generations. Within our Finance department, we are looking for a professional: Finance Manager (M/F) 80-100% Your missions: Supervise general and analytical accounting, as well as periodic and annual closures Produce a structured monthly report for Management and ensure budget monitoring Ensure effective management of treasury and banking relations Supervise payroll management (approx. 120 employees, several collective agreements) Guarantee tax and social compliance (VAT, AVS, SUVA, LPP, withholding tax) Monitor debtor tracking and recovery Take an active part in the ongoing ERP change project, within the Finance scope Supervise and develop your team's skills Your profile: Federal certificate as a finance and accounting specialist, Bachelor HES or equivalent degree 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an SME Experience in the construction sector or a technical environment is an asset Very comfortable with digital tools and ERPs, an essential criterion for us Experience in salary management with multiple collective agreements is appreciated Autonomy, rigor, and sense of communication Current French As a centenary family business, we think long-term and offer you: A position of responsibility with real autonomy and direct reporting to the General Management A stable family business, in a phase of modernization of its tools and processes A flexible activity rate: 80% or 100% A human-sized work environment, in Geneva jpid3a10d7cjm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
