Profile: • Commercial, logistical or skilled craft training • Experience in the transport, logistics or moving industry is an advantage • High IT affinity • Organisational strength and structured approach to work • Resilient, flexible and responsible personality with leadership potential • Enjoyment of customer contact as well as willingness to undertake customer visits and external appointments • Driver's license category B • Very good German language skills in word and writing, French is an advantage • Interest in an Area of responsibility: • Support in administration and disposition - Coordination of moves and transport orders • Communication with customers, employees and external partners • Creation, calculation and tracking of offers and orders • Collaboration in quality controls as well as in the further development of our ISO processes (9001 / 14001 / 45001) • Consulting private and business customers on moving services • Conducting on-site or digital moving inspections • Shared responsibility in the area of occupational safety • Leadership of employees
