Service and Deployment Planner (a) 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and coordination of the daily assignments of 6–7 service technicians
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of service assignments with customers
• Optimal deployment planning taking into account urgency, availability, and geographical conditions
• Central contact person for customers and service technicians for organizational questions
• Receipt, processing, and monitoring of service orders
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Adjustment of the deployment planning in the event of short-term changes or urgent service cases
• Administrative processing and follow-up of orders

What you bring with you:

• Experience in dispatching, deployment planning, or order coordination
• Ideally experience in a technical service environment
• Strong organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and cooperation with technical employees
• Ability to maintain an overview and find suitable solutions even in hectic situations
• Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
