    *L-EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalized reception in a Temporary Reception Centre (CAT), and an EMS for 82 female and male residents. Designed to foster intergenerational links, l-EMS is surrounded by a residence of protected housing, a Child Life Centre, and two schools. L-EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to everyone 7 days/7.*   We are looking for the CAT of l-EMS Parc de Beausobre for a: Socio-educational Assistant (M/F) at 100% Permanent contract (CDI), start immediately or by agreement. YOU POSSESS • A CFC as a Socio-educational Assistant • A certificate as a company trainer (FEE), an asset. • Successful experience of at least 2 years in the geriatric field, and/or in a CAT. • Motivation to collaborate closely in an interdisciplinary and networked team. • Gentleness, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills with the elderly. • Excellent relational and communication skills. • A sense of responsibility, organization, and an initiative-taking spirit. • A driver's license and experience driving a minibus. • Proficiency in office and IT tools. YOUR OBJECTIVES • Participate in the promotion of quality of life and the maintenance of home life for beneficiaries within the interprofessional team. • Organize the socio-cultural life of the CAT. • Ensure transport and outings for the beneficiaries of the CAT. • Foster exchanges and develop projects involving the beneficiaries. • Define, lead, and evaluate personalized support projects for beneficiaries in close interprofessional collaboration. • Accompany and support family caregivers. • Document your actions and follow-up in computerized files (CAREFOLIO). • Ensure the supervision of apprentices, interns, or students.
