Your tasks – care at the highest level

• Professional and individual care of patients according to their health status
• Coordination and management of the care process in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and advising relatives in the care process
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous improvement of care processes
• Support and guidance of assistant and specialist staff

Your profile – your contribution to holistic care

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or long-term care is an advantage
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
• Willingness for professional further development and participation in training courses
