We are looking to strengthen our occupational therapy team for a:

Your mission
Ensure quality occupational therapy services for clients, by promoting their autonomy and their quality of life.
Evaluate clients' needs, identify their resources and co-construct adapted therapeutic objectives with their entourage and the professionals involved.
Develop and maintain close relationships with partners in the medico-social network and other CMS in the region.
Represent the CMS and promote the expertise of occupational therapy to institutional partners and the regional network.
Actively participate in inter-institutional exchanges, working groups and regional projects related to home care and the evolution of practices.
Contribute to the development of new collaborations and participate in innovative reflections around the needs of the population and occupational therapy services.
Be a resource person in occupational therapy for the CMS teams and support employees in situations requiring specific expertise.
Identify, propose and implement concrete solutions, technical aids or adaptations responding to the needs of beneficiaries.
Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up of client files and services provided.
Your profile
Holder of a HES Bachelor's in occupational therapy (or a title deemed equivalent).
2 years of experience in occupational therapy practice.
Versatility allowing for working autonomously and dealing with the unexpected.
Strong interest in the development and enhancement of occupational therapy in the medico-social sector.
Interpersonal qualities and a strong interest in teamwork.
