This is the contribution you can make

• Provide organizational and logistical support as well as prepare dossiers for economic missions abroad and for events and business visits in Switzerland
• Organize travel, visits and meetings, including requesting and negotiating offers, procurement and contract management
• Manage internal business processes of BW and BWMA, manage contact management
• Correspondence in German, French and English and drafting protocols
• Undertake clerical tasks, maintain the web presence of BW and the processing of Factory Acceptance Tests
• Provide deputy support for the other assistants of BW as well as undertake further internal coordination tasks
• Cover assistance to the BW division management in cooperation with the other department assistants

This makes you unique

• Solid commercial training (KV apprenticeship or university or equivalent training)
• Experience in the federal administration, a larger organization or a comparable employer is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation, sociability and resilience
• Organizational talent, great initiative and independent way of working
• Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Teams, Powerpoint, Absidion, etc.)
• Very good oral and written skills in two official languages and English
