Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Assist Prosecutors in large-scale and sometimes highly publicized criminal investigations as well as in the execution of international judicial assistance procedures, mainly in German • Support the planning of proceedings, prepare and implement the administration of evidence, hearings and coercive measures • Work in close collaboration with the person in charge of the proceedings as well as with external partners • Clarify legal issues, independently draft decisions as well as legal writings of all kinds (e.g., pleadings, appeals and positions) • Elaborate final decisions such as indictments, penal orders, orders of non-admissibility and closures <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law with good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure • Additional qualifications (e.g. bar exam, doctoral thesis, LL.M., CAS) as well as additional qualifications in the field of criminal prosecution are desirable • Professional experience with a public prosecutor's office, a court, a law firm or related field • Structured and results-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking and a solutions-oriented personality, pragmatic and able to assert oneself with a positive attitude and strong team spirit • Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and English; passive knowledge of the third official language constitutes an advantage <br /> In a few words A versatile position that offers exciting challenges, particularly in the field of Economic Crime.
