Nursing Specialist HF or Social Pedagogue HF 50-65% ## Sozialpsychiatrisches Zentrum Lichtblick Your area of responsibility • Nursing/therapeutic support of outpatient and day-clinic patients in adulthood across the entire spectrum of mental illnesses within the framework of basic socio-psychiatric care • Leading group offers (e.g., cooking with the patients) • Conducting individual and network discussions • Taking over daily responsibility • Participation in networking and cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies Participation in team, department meetings, intervisions Active contribution to an innovative and demand-oriented range of services" Your competencies • Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF or Social Pedagogy HF • Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage • Independent, proactive, responsible, person-, team-, and network-oriented way of working • You are reliable, flexible, benevolent, balanced, spontaneous, creative, authentic and possess high social competence and enjoy interprofessional cooperation • Interest in socio-psychiatric issues and innovative models of psychiatric care Your advantages We offer a responsible, varied activity, interdisciplinary exchange and a person-centered working environment.
