ÖKO-JOB is a work integration program for people who need support entering or re-entering the primary labor market. Through work oriented towards ecology and community, we strengthen people in a resource- and solution-oriented manner and accompany them individually on their professional path.

We are looking for

Managing Director [80 - 100 %] from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the (operative) management and (strategic) further development of ÖKO-JOB in cooperation with an existing management team and the foundation board
• Contact, networking and conducting negotiations with clients and other third parties
• Further development, professionalization and diversification of the agogic offer as well as the product and service portfolio
• Responsibility for the financial management of ÖKO-JOB (budget, controlling, cost accounting, liquidity planning, closing according to Swiss GAP FER 21)
• Leading, promoting and further developing decentralized teams
• Expansion of fundraising
• Increasing the level of awareness
• Overall organizational quality management (according to Inqualis)

What you bring with you

• A modern and unifying understanding of leadership
• Several years of management experience in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the field of work integration
• Experience in cooperation with public bodies, authorities and social institutions
• Strong communication skills, networked thinking and a sense for different stakeholder groups, ability for self-reflection
• Business administration training with experience in the social sector
• Strategic foresight for a unique and sustainable positioning
• Desire for the daily balancing act as an employer in a social environment with business management challenges
