Restaurant Specialist EFZ

In a preferred location in Männedorf with a view over Lake Zurich and into the mountains lies the Hotel Boldern and features 59 single and double rooms, as well as 9 seminar and group rooms. A restaurant area with a restaurant, garden salon, bistro, terrace and bar completes the offering.

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement for our service team.

Your tasks:

• Greeting and looking after our guests
• Working in early, middle and late shifts
• Breakfast, à la carte and banquet service
• Looking after individual and seminar guests
• Food and beverage service in the restaurant, bistro, banquet rooms and on the terrace
• Various cleaning tasks
• Support in the implementation of various events and banquets

Your profile:

• Completion as Restaurant Specialist EFZ or Hotel Specialist EFZ
• Very good German skills & good English skills
• Sales talent & hosting nature
• Professional experience in gastronomy is an advantage
• Committed and reliable way of working
• Strong teamwork skills
