Your tasks:

• Coordinate, prioritize, and ensure the quality of activities in inside sales
• Advise end customers and resellers domestically and abroad technically and commercially
• Process orders and repairs in a timely manner in the ERP system
• Create export documents and coordinate transports with freight carriers
• Accompany projects and product launches
• As team leader, you additionally take on personnel management

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training with commercial further training
• Confident German and fluent French skills are mandatory. Any further language is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and practical experience in order processing
• Structured, exact way of working, organizational strength, and initiative
