Your tasks:
Independent project management of the building construction project within the specified budget framework as well as quality assurance in the project and in the team
Taking over tasks of the internal project management (including scheduling, quality assurance, risk management, budget)
Active control of deadlines, costs and building qualities as well as the preparation of feasibility studies
Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting
Your qualifications:
Completed studies in the field of architecture or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience in the project management of medium-sized building construction projects
Experience in the construction industry
System knowledge such as Revit and CAD
Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing
Independent and self-responsible way of working
Assertiveness and ability to motivate
Willingness to travel
