As an independent, FINMA-approved insurance broker, we stand for long-term consulting instead of short-term sales targets. Your tasks: You develop individual insurance and pension solutions for our SME customers Market comparisons, offers, and individual consulting are part of your daily routine You support our mandate leaders with the perspective of taking over your own customer mandates in the medium term Care of existing customer mandates Cooperation with insurance companies What you bring: Enjoyment in finding the best solution for SMEs - independent of individual products or companies Several years of experience in SME insurance consulting You work independently, enjoy direct customer contact, and think entrepreneurially German as your mother tongue, good English skills are an advantage, other languages welcome Secure handling of MS Office and ideally broker software What we offer: We work on a fee basis and advise our customers independently and in the long term A family-like, appreciative team and flexible working hours including home office Clear development: From specialist support to your own mandate We rely on sustainable, partnership-based, and trusting customer relationships Do you want to learn more?
