European Finance Controller (m/f/d) 80 -100%

Your main tasks

• Harmonization and further development of the reporting, KPI, and controlling standards of our European companies
• Responsibility for the financial consolidation and management reporting in LucaNet
• Analysis of business development as well as derivation of well-founded recommendations for action for management and site managers
• Further development of dashboards and KPI reports for controlling revenue, profitability, working capital, and operating performance
• Support of production controlling with a focus on costs, margins, efficiency, and profitability
• Coordination of the budget, forecast, and planning processes for the European locations
• Automation of reporting and financial processes through the use of modern BI, data, and AI solutions
• Support with US-GAAP reporting, local statutory reconciliations, audits, and the annual financial statements
• Optimization of the integration of LucaNet, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms
• Participation in international acquisitions as well as the financial integration of new companies
• Close cooperation with local finance teams, operations, IT, and the European management to further develop a high-performance finance organization

Your profile

• Completed degree (FH/university) in business administration, finance, accounting, or controlling; further training in finance and accounting or controlling is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, reporting, consolidation, or management accounting, ideally in an international industrial or production environment
• Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and production controlling
• Practical experience with LucaNet as well as knowledge in SAP, Abacus and/or Infor LN
• Very good Excel skills; experience with BI, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage
• Strong affinity for data analysis, digitalization, and AI applications
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, or scripting languages is a plus
• Structured, analytical, and pragmatic way of working with high initiative
• You have very good written and spoken English and German skills
• French skills are an advantage and ideally round off your profile
