You are an upbeat and sympathetic person who enjoys working with customers and cars. You bring expertise, dynamism, and team spirit and have the desire to make a difference in the automotive industry; in that case, you are almost perfect to reinforce our customer service.

Your tasks:

• All-round support for customers and their vehicles
• Appointment scheduling, reception, and delivery of customer vehicles
• Sale of services and accessories
• Processing insurance orders, as well as coordinating panel beating and painting work
• Creation and processing of customer letters and maintenance contracts
• Maintaining contact with the importer

Our requirements:

• Many years of experience in the automotive industry
• Technical basic training as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician EFZ is an advantage
• Commercial further training is an advantage, with good IT and social media knowledge
• Good German skills in speaking and writing and the basis of a 2nd national language
• and /or English
• Flexible and resilient
• You remain calm and maintain an overview in hectic times and are solution-oriented
• Enjoy direct customer contact and high service readiness
• Driver's license Cat. B
