The Pädagogisches Zentrum für Hören und Sprache HSM Münchenbuchsee is a service center with a wide range of support and counseling services for children and adolescents with severe hearing and speech impairments and their environment. We train normally abled students with hearing and/or speech impairments from the basis level up to and including secondary level I. Tasks ###

The task consists as follows: Cycle 3 in Münchenbuchsee (3 classes) Cycle 1 at the locations Burgdorf, Worb, Rüderswil (4 classes) - You lead and support all specialists in their professional daily routine - You place value on educational quality - You put teaching and school development topics at the center - You work closely with other management personnel - You work with all areas of the HSM

• You have school management training and bring leadership and professional experience - You put people at the center and like challenges - You are a flexible and resilient personality - You are a team player and work in a solution-oriented manner - You have knowledge of the Bernese school system
