Your mission A true ambassador of the establishment, you ensure that every client receives a professional, warm, and personalized experience. You ensure the proper operational management of your establishment while accompanying your team towards the achievement of set objectives. Your main responsibilities Drive the center's activity by ensuring the monitoring of results, the analysis of key indicators, and the implementation of necessary actions to achieve objectives. Supervise, accompany, and motivate a small team of specialized practitioners to promote their development and performance. Organize schedules, lead regular meetings, and ensure fluid communication within the team. Guarantee compliance with the quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards of the center. Conduct consultations with clients to evaluate their needs and propose adapted support. Perform treatments according to current protocols, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure optimal client care. Participate in the integration, training, and evaluation of new employees. Ensure the smooth administrative and operational functioning of the establishment on a daily basis. Manage equipment orders, monitor stocks, and ensure the availability of necessary resources. Control cash operations, refunds, and the processing of client files. Work in close collaboration with management in order to implement the company's orientations and projects.
