Your Craft ## • Precise, punctual and forward-looking and with a flair for numbers, you are independently responsible for the payroll processing for several payroll clients. • Time management data, absences, allowances and expenses are reliably and structurally processed by you. • Sickness and accident reports? You keep an overview here and handle everything routinely - including insurance settlements. • You are the first point of contact for questions regarding wages, expenses and social insurance - competent, friendly and solution-oriented. • Annual financial statements, payroll projects and process optimizations? Bring them on - you like to pitch in and contribute your ideas. Your Foundation ## • You have a basic commercial vocational training and have further educated yourself in the HR field - e.g. in the areas of payroll or social insurance or with an HR clerk certification. • OR, labor law, withholding tax and social insurance are not new territory for you - and if you are also familiar with the LMV: all the better! • You like to work independently, think along and maintain an overview even when things have to go fast. • You are a team player with heart and humor - you can be relied upon.
