For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as an IT Specialist in the Field. Your tasks Carrying out installations and migrations of our access control systems at our customers Coordination of customer IT in project and service business together with our project managers Carrying out customer training Software support for our hardware technicians or partners during the commissioning of our access systems Support and/or improvement of supporting tools/scripts to simplify tasks For this task, you will be active in the field up to 50% within Switzerland (driver's license necessary). Your profile You solve problems independently and proactively share your acquired knowledge with the entire team Willingness for personal development and taking on responsibility You adapt easily to new situations and are open to new technologies and tools IT specialist EFZ, IT specialist HF, BSc. in Computer Science or comparable profile Good knowledge in the field of network infrastructure and communication Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and PowerShell Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server Excellent German and good English skills in speaking and writing.
