OSH Specialist 80 % - 100 %
Your mission / You lead the occupational health and safety (OSH) process and ensure its development as well as its continuous improvement. You coordinate the actions of the different services regarding prevention and management of professional risks. You ensure the follow-up of accidents, analyze indicators and propose appropriate improvement measures. You manage relations with external partners and service providers, notably insurance companies and occupational health specialists. You advise and support managers and employees on questions relating to occupational health and safety. You participate in the development of processes, coordinate awareness-raising actions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a higher education degree or deemed equivalent, completed by a specialization in occupational health and safety. You have proven experience in a similar function, ideally within a public administration or an organization of comparable size. You have mastered the legal provisions regarding occupational health and safety as well as the principles of prevention and management of professional risks. At ease in the coordination of internal and external actors, you know how to lead projects involving several services. Equipped with excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you are organized, rigorous and autonomous. Recognized for your communication skills, your listening skills and your diplomacy, you are able to advise both management and employees. You master standard IT tools and possess good writing skills.
